An investigation into Daniel Zhang began last September when officers responded to a local business for a report of him recording another subject in the bathroom without consent, Hamilton Township police said.
Zhang recorded numerous people in the bathroom without their consent over several months, police said. Zhang was charged with 15 counts of invasion of privacy, police said.
Zhang was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending court proceedings, police said.
